The revised ISO:9001:2015 has a stronger focus on the customer experience whilst maintaining the foundation of good quality management principles. Our management motives and processes were assessed to ensure that we meet the requirement to constantly review and improve, what, and how we deliver to customers in order for them to receive the best possible service. This process of consistent improvement means our customer experience will get better and better, reduce errors and maintains the high standard of service that we want for our customers and their projects.
